What We Offer:

Perform at Dubai's second-largest venue on a prestigious stage.
Be part of the first international musical produced in the GCC, which will go on a world tour before being adapted for the screen.
Work with Universal Music MENA and world-renowned composers and directors, who have created hit shows and music across the globe.
Gain global exposure through a major production designed for international tours.

Profiles Sought:

Significant experience in musical theater.
Excellent vocal skills, with the ability to perform various musical styles.
Strong dance and acting skills are a plus.

Available Roles:

Will – A passionate dancer from London, conflicted about leaving his life to pursue his love in Dubai.
Sophia – An ambitious dancer torn between career aspirations and her love for Will.
Kym – A charismatic and seasoned dancer, a mentor who believes in the power of dance.
Elias – Sophia's boss and the story's antagonist, driven by insecurities and control.
Khalid – A wealthy entrepreneur who transitions from a detached businessman to a passionate producer.
Zeina – A captivating dancer with a sensual presence, adding complexity to the story's romantic dynamics.
Gautam – Sophia's colleague, providing comic relief and support throughout the story.

Obligations of Selected Artists:

Availability from mid November 2025 to February 2026 for performances and rehearsals in Dubai.
Participation in video shoots and album recording sessions.
Discretion regarding non-artistic opinions.
Granting the production a follow-up right on respective albums after the show.

Audition Process:

Step 1: Fill out the audition form. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique ID, as well as links to the Once Upon a Time in Dubai original song and choreography.
Step 2: Send an email with your audition videos (from private or public Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or WeTransfer link) to ouatid.themusical@gmail.com - make sure to include your unique ID in the email subject!

- Video 1: A brief video introducing yourself and sharing your story (in English, max 2 minutes)

- Video 2: A video of you singing a song of your choice

- Video 3: (optional): A video of you singing the OUATID original song

- Video 4 (optional): A video of you dancing the OUATID original choreography
Step 3: Attend the live audition in Dubai at the GEMS WSO Auditorium.
Step 4: Final Selection at Universal Music MENA
